welcome, new guest!

We welcome and cherish the business and friendships that come through our salon. Our goal is to provide all of your hair service needs with the best quality and skills we can offer!

We have continued advanced training and elevated education requirements to ensure that we are all on the same page and equally competent. We encourage clients and newcomers to try several stylists or all.

Our Team Members are just that…TEAM MEMBERS, working together and supporting each other in the workplace to complete all tasks for all the clients. So you are welcome to have a favorite or bounce around to different stylists. 

We are still currently doing most of our booking through our front desk by calling 215-482-9122. We still prefer human contact whenever possible. However, you are welcome to inquire via email: platinumhaircompany@comcast.net if you prefer. We try to monitor the email on a regular basis throughout the day.

 We, as an industry, typically function on a commission based pay scale. We do not take credit card deposits for regular appointments. We DO ask that you be considerate of our booking time that we reserve for you. If you can not make your appointment please call and let us know as soon as you do. Even if it is last minute. Sometimes there are clients in the salon that want to add to their services. If the stylist has a “no show” it is time wasted without pay. (so imagine if you went to work and they told you that you wouldn't get paid for three hours of your day…)

If a client is repeated ‘No show” then full price deposits will be required at time of appointment with $0 return if less than 12 hour notice. Or booking availability will be discontinued for you and you will be a same day booking/walk-in client only.

We encourage clients to book ahead three appointments at a time to guarantee desired appointments and times. Especially around busy calendar times.

Booking

For services we accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, DEBIT or CASH or CHECK.
GRATUITY: can NOT be added to any electronic transaction. We do offer venmo as an option for individual stylists. Cash is accepted also.


PRICING:
Our prices are subject to change over time, what is listed is a guideline. Most colors are customized these days and are individually priced accordingly. Please ask your stylist prior to your service if want a price before starting or feel free to book a free consultation with any stylist prior to your appointment. We do not honor prices quoted on phone by description. We can only price accurately in person. We can offer a ballpark estimate.

Chemical services do NOT include finishing automatically. Please specify if you would like a HAIRCUT or BLOW DRY after your chemical service. Those are additional fees. (Haircut services do finish with complete blow dry style included) You are not obligated to book a finish service, we are ok if you want a quick color service and leave unfinished when not needed.

Payment & Pricing

Extensions are ONLY customized pricing. Ordering hair is non refundable as it is non-returnable.

There is a parking lot located behind the salon building. Enter through the driveway between our salon and the barbershop next door (see barber pole at driveway entrance).

Park on the LEFT side of the lot whenever possible.
